My apartment manager brought over a pigeon that has been wandering for several days outside someone's apartment.  She says he can't fly.  Right now he is in a box and I don't know what to do!  I haven't even opened the box yet. I've never EVER even handled a pigeon.  I don't know how to assess it for injuries or where I should take him if he *is* injured.
