I thought some might be interested in when we’re doing what at the party.

5 pm – doors open.  The fun begins!   Baked goods available for sale as soon as our generous bakers arrive.

6 pm – Buffet service starts

7:30 pm – Raffles and silent auctions end.  Presentation begins (includes volunteer thank you’s).  We’ll ask silent auction bidders to look at the bid sheets themselves to see if they’ve won or not.

8 pm – Buffet service ends

9 pm – Event ends; clean up starts (everyone is invited to help!)
