Hello-<div><br></div><div>A baby feral pigeon was rescued a few months back and, rather than getting rehab and release care, was treated as a pet.  Lucky is now tame and unreleasable but his/her rescuers are moving back to Malaysia and can&#39;t take Lucky with them.  (They are taking their cats and for that I am grateful.)</div>


<div><br></div><div>Lucky will be surrendered to MickaCoo early next week and we need an indoor/pet type-foster home for Lucky to be happiest.
