Do I just keep dropping everything and going to get pij in need or ???

Advice would be welcome.

I'm not sure what makes sense any more and what doesn't. On the one hand, dropping everything and helping a sick bird makes all the sense in the world. On the other hand... that's crazy, right? We've got more than 50 in foster care, I've got 20ish here...???
