[MickaCoo] Foster home needed for found ringneck dove with clipped wings

Hello- A jogger found a white dove with clipped wings in Concord this morning and though we'll likely be able to add her to our foster dove aviary when/if she regains flight, we need a non-aviary foster spot for her now.
