A civilian (by which I mean a non-rescuer) found an injured feral pigeon fledgling and has been caring for her over the weekend but I am concerned about the untreated wounds and risk of infection... if you know of an Avian Vet or Wildlife Rehabber Recommendation for Wasco, CA (Near Bakersfield), please let me know.
