Francis was one of more than 20 king pigeons dumped at the Our Lady of Peace Church, 15 of which were successfully rescued by kind souls Jaclyn & Roderick (who are now MickaCoo volunteers).  Francis came in with severely infected hocks (she can't stand, and she is a she despite the spelling of her name). Alice, her foster mom, has tenderly nursed her into amazing condition and she is a very happy, lucky and loved king pigeon.
