What terrific news, Elizabeth!  Would they be making "ancient Roman use" of the pigeeon waste?

 

They are a merchant I would certainly support, too!  Just signed up for their newsletter.  Don't do wine these days, definitely would treat ourselves to a lovely honey or olive oil.... :)
