Previously it was but not this time. Pepsi is making some changes and all
will have to reapply to participate in April.
By far the easiest thing to do would be for us to ask more people to text
and vote for us now and just do this. We have unlimited potential to
generate voters. All we have to do is ask. I'm finding in-person requests
to be the most effective and asking folks to sign up for a daily reminder -

I saw one posting that said if you make the top 100 you automatically roll over to the next month. Does anyone know if this is true ?
