As you all know the Silent Auction part of the annual Holiday party is a chance for us to raise some badly needed money for Boo and Coo.
Margie Gear and I are working on this together but we desperately need some HELP.
I am putting together a list of possible donors, restaurants, hotels, etc and all I need is a few good people to call these places and get the contact person and the fax number so I can start sending our requests.
It is important that we do this ASAP because Margie found that last year contacting them in August was many times too late, they had already used the money that they had allocated for donations.
Please, please contact me if you would be willing to take some names and phone numbers and lend a hand- marsha.b@comcast.net.
