Poor baby! Judging from the eye ring it appears to be a mature male. Unfortunately I don’t have room, as the little boys are quite territorial, but hopefully someone else can take this little one in.

A nice couple found this teeny diamond dove (they are a fraction of the size of ring neck doves- closer to canary size) with clipped wings sitting quite helpless in their driveway. They have taken it into the safety of their SF home for the short term but need to find a long-term home.
Diamond doves do best with others of their kind. If you have DDs or know of someone who does that could help this little dear, please let me know ASAP. Rescuers are leaving for vacation 6/19 and so we've only got a week to figure it out.
