Mickaboo is collecting feathers. My aspiration is to put them out on ebay (thanks to another volunteer’s suggestion). Folks should feel free to send some or all of their flock’s generous feathery shedding to Tania and her equally generous family.

From the feathers we will make decorative hair clips, dangles, picture frames etc. They will sell these items (at the Santa Clara County Youth Fair for example) and give much of the proceeds back to Mickacoo and Mickaboo. We will treat the feathers with Pyrethrins for health reasons. We will do our best to use natural, sustainable and environmentally friendly materials.
