I&#39;m extremely happy (and cautiously encouraged) to be able to report that-<div><br></div><div>-Pearl is continuing to make good progress and is gaining weight (no supplemental hand-feeding nor sub cu fluids required).</div>

<div>-Carmine is holding his own and even showed a weight gain this morning.</div><div><br></div><div>Both are impatient with being confined to hospital cages and that is a welcome sign.</div><div><br></div><div>And, so far, fingers, toes and eyes crossed, <i>all other aviary birds appear to be well</i>.</div>

<div><br></div><div>Your kind words of support and your donations are much appreciated. MickaCoo&#39;s vet bills usually average not quite $2K per month but February&#39;s is over $5K (includes surgeries/hospitalizations for Sparkle and Penny in addition to charges for Valiant, Pancho and Pearl).</div>
