Hello- This pied dove is at the Silicon Valley Animal Shelter in Santa Clara and needs to be sprung. Ideally it should be visited and/or picked up by someone who can assess if it is aviary-ready. If this dove is fit and strong, it needs a ride to our foster aviary at Filoli in Woodside. If not, it will need an indoor foster and supportive care up to and possibly including a visit to the vet. Hi All, Art For The Birds is proud to have participated in the Prusch Festival today on behalf of birds everywhere who need help. We are happy to report we donated $140 each to boo and coo!!!!! Thank you to all of the other Mickaboo/coo volunteers that helped with our jewelry and our birds. Thank you also to all those wonderful volunteers and birds that donated more feathers to us to help us keep going on our mission to create beautiful cruelty free feather jewelry!!
