Sadly, everything that was reported to MB by the neighbor seems to be true, the agent was not sympathetic at all, questioned why I thought the bird was neglected, and totally disputed that the bird was neglected or in a filthy cage and she wasn't receptive to the the idea of helping with the real estate transaction by finding the bird another home so they could clean the home and show it better. She was only interested in knowing if we wanted to buy the bird.
