I didn't have time to review this & shorten it (I didn't write it). It needs to be half as long (at most). I'll try getting to it today, but it might be late today-- if anyone wants to take a stab, it would be great. It's a bit late to send it out, but not impossible. p

I agree that it needs to be 200+ words shorter, and I don't think that the pictures and all of the hyperlinks should go in a press release. I'd recommend setting up the whole thing in reading room, including photographs and all links, and creating a much shorter, text-only press release that links to the reading room content. I won't be able to look at this more until after 6 tonight.
