[Media-advisors] PFE Stopped from Opening More Stores in SF

C. W. Nevius has a column in today's Chronicle mentioning that Pet Food Express is not allowed to open more stores in SF. I would love to hear the details about that. Does AWC has the connections to find out what is behind that position?
