Petition: Noise Pollution in Michigan
For the last three months, Leon Kiley and other residents of Grand Traverse County, Michigan have dealt with non-stop noise blasts from bird scare cannons. These devices are used by farmers to project earsplitting sounds that keep birds off of their crops.
