However, from postings of hers I've read, she seems both concerned and well
informed about all these issues. She has a background in media and
journalism. And she is a really good writer - with a journalist's economy. I
recall one fabulous piece she did for (I believe) the Marin Independent
Journal on parrots as pets. With a lot of press and outreach copy needing to
be written, she could be a great help.
