At the 7/8 SF ACWC meeting, Rick listed a whole bunch of "kooky" SF laws (including the illegality of wiping your windshield with underwear) as evidence that he should be allowed to continue selling birds. I wonder if the minutes are done yet. That will be some fun reading.
