I agree. That's a good plan and proves that a precedent already exists in the city for not selling animals and not going out of business either.

There are two tabs - one of stores that don't sell pets and one of stores that do.  So far, there are  more stores that do not sell any animals than those that do.  This is the start of the list, but it's probably best for you guys to confirm the info and talk directly with the store owners.
