Hi Patty,

It was nice to speak with you yesterday! We would love tie-in Mickaboo with our new film RIO. I’ve included some of the ideas we talked about, but I am open to ideas, so please let me know what might work best for you and your members.

As I mentioned earlier, we will be hosting an advance screening in San Francisco prior to the film’s opening in theaters. The film opens on Friday, April 15 and our screening will most likely be on Thursday, April 14. If you’re interested, we could coordinate an enter-to-win where people could win a ticket to our advance screening. An idea would be to include the contest, film synopsis, etc. in one of your upcoming newsletters and encourage members/staff/volunteers to enter for the chance to see the film for free at our upcoming screening. Below are some options:

- 10 lucky winners (each with one guest) will receive guaranteed seating at our screening. - Or we could award 20 winners (each with one guest) priority seating at the screening. They would need to arrive 45 minutes before the start time to ensure seating – otherwise, seating is first-come, first-served with the general public.

We can also send along mini posters that you can distribute at Mickaboo events. Additionally, you are welcome to hand out Mickaboo fliers and/or pamphlets at our screening as people are leaving.

I am open to ideas, so please let me know what will work best for you.
