agreement in the picture frame. We might want to fix that ASAP.

The request for specific OTRS dumps of a certain time period in a
"large file folder" format may be tricky for me today, so just to
make sure you have something good to bring to the meeting (in case I fail):

That link prints an "adoption book" style document. The
name, photo and story for every bird surrendered so far in 2010 (210 so
far). It should print one per page. (Works in Firefox)
