The pctg of our revenue which goes to paying vet bills has varied tremendously - from a low of 86% in fiscal year 2007 to a high of 108% for calendar year 2010. It's hard to get to all of the places where we cite our % and keep them consistent! If one wants a statement which will generally hold up, not for a specific time period, I'd say "approximately 90%". If I look at the past 10 years (7/2001 - 6/30/2010): our pet care expense as a % of total revenue = an average of 91%, with a low of 75% in FY 2002 to a high of 105% in FY 2010. our pet care expense as a % of total expenses =an average of 90%, with a low of 77% in FY 2002 (must have been a good year!) to a high of 96% in FY 2007. Nice work, Patty! Just one comment - the press release could be taken to read as if Mickaboo/Coo were two separate organizations. From the IRS's standpoint, we are one - with Coo best described as a "division" of 'Boo.
