[Mickaboo Action] We can't afford to stop trying

Hi all! I want to share some pictures of just one bird that Mickaboo is currently helping. When you see them you will know exactly why you are part of this wonderful organization full of people willing to help. Pancho's elderly owner died and the next of kin took him to the Alameda shelter, where because of lots of political and perhaps personal intrigue the shelter refused to release him to Mickaboo. Finally after almost 3 weeks, Pancho was sprung and taken immediately to Holly Street Veterinary Hospital, where he is in isolation pending lab results. Mickaboo is responsible for helping countless birds every day and you should be really proud to be a part. So when Coordinators send out their pleas for foster homes, don't turn away. There are so many birds in dire straits that really need you. These pictures were taken by Katie Franz. Thanks for being there. http://download.yousendit.com/0499586C261445AF Claudia Melteff Amazon/Macaw Adoption Coordinator Mickaboo (650) 583-1940
