There are two budgies in the Sacramento shelter that need a foster home. I'm sure everyone is very tired of reading my email (I'm starting to sound like those pledge drives on PBS), but we can only rescue birds when we have foster homes for them. If you can provide a safe refuge for these two little budgies, please let me know. It would be particularly wonderful if there is someone over in the Sacramento/Stockton/Davis area is just pining for budgie chatter -- then we could move these little guys quickly out of their jail.
