There is a nice little girl budgie at the Palo Alto shelter that needs a foster home for about 6 weeks. Can someone take her for that long? I will have room for her at that time, but she needs a temporary place. She's a surrender, yellow, and her name is Annabelle. The shelter staff say that she is very sweet.
