Hi! This message is for South Bay folk who might be willing to catch a lost parrot in Sunnyvale. I spoke with a woman who left a message on our phone line about a large green bird with bright blue shoulders and an orange beak that landed in her atrium. The bird is obviously tame because it was tapping on the windows to get their attention. She went out with some food and it flew into some trees.She has not seen it again. She has contacted her local humane society who will do nothing until the bird is confined. The bird was seen on Blanchard Way near cross streets Fremont & Mary, Cascade & Hollenbeck.
