Good morning all ~ It looks like we have a Dusky Conure coming in, assuming I'm able to actually stop playing telephone tag with the surrenderer. The woman is sick and is unable to give the bird any out-time or attention. I'd really like to get the bird into a foster home asap. I believe the bird is well socialized and fairly young, I'll try to confirm that soon! :) Please let me know if you can give this little one a foster home.
