Subject: [Mickaboo Discuss] "expense reimbursement" for mileage

For those who may not know.. the IRS will let you deduct (as part of
your 2007 tax return) 14 cents/mile for mileage, if that mileage is
related to volunteerism.
You would need to keep a log that records your odometer before and
after your trip, the date of the trip, and the purpose.
The result of multiplying your mileage by the 14 cents/mile goes into
the noncash "charitable contribution" part of 1040 Schedule A.
