All, We are indeed being inundated with budgies that are not at their best. Susan Z has kindly offered to foster the two sickly little guys coming out of the local shelters here, but we have an ill budgie that I expect to come over the hill from Watsonville later this week, and the little boy with face mites (posted about previously) that needs to leave the hospital and go into a foster home. In addition, I think a sick budgie is on his way to Roseville B&P via Tom Transport and he will also need a foster home. The urgent need here is someone with quarantine space. Once these little birds are well and out of quarantine, it will be a little easier to find them a longer term foster home. Thank you for even considering this. Michelle
