Hey Shauna,
I just wanted to make sure you received my offlist
email expressing interest in a scale...
I think the Hobbyist should work for me.
Thanks,
Laura

Subject: RE: Avian scales (getting ready to order
soon)
Sterling Home Products makes 2 models of bird scales -
1) Professional Scale Kit - comes with stand and is
top of the line (really good if you have multiple
birds or foster a lot) this scale retails for about
$98.00. We are getting a discounted price of $65.00
when we buy 2-9 scales, $63.00 if we buy 10 or more!
2) Hobbist Scale - smaller digital scale come with
perch attached I believe. Good for those with smaller
flocks. I think this scale retails around $60.00 or
somewhere around there (The Perch.net had it for
$58.00 someone mentioned). We can order this scale
for $42.75 with 2-9 orders.
Here is the website information that Sterling sent to
me to look up the 2 models:
At our web site, www.sterlinghomeproducts.com, you
will find information on
the model #3224 "Maxima" (Professional scale kite)
scale and related accessories as well as information
on our Hobbyist Avian Scale Kit, #6724-AK. The #3224
state of the art scale has a 2000 gram by 1g. / 80
ounce by 0.1oz. capacity, a hold button, memory button
and many more features. When purchased as the #3224-AK
ProfessionalAvian Scale Kit, the scale and
accessories are packaged as a set.
For those who responded I will email you off line to
find out which scale you are interested in ordering so
I can call ahead to Sterling and give them a count so
they can have the pricing per scale finalized. Please
do not call ahead until I done this part otherwise you
will get the correct price you are entitled to.
Everyone will be calling in after I contacted you all
via email and purchasing your own scale. They will
drop ship one large shipment with everyone's scale to
me and then I will deliver once they arrive (last time
I went all the way to Napa so not to worry about how
far you are). They were pretty quick in delivering
them last time so it should not take too long.
Thanks!
- Shauna
