Hi! We have an opportunity to help a college student who recently acquired a young Yellow Collar Mini-Macaw named Ginsberg. A former roommate of this young man had a series of birds he kept in his garage that received infrequent food or water and several of them died. When this young man moved he took Ginsberg to prevent him from suffering the same fate. He doesn't know much about birds but knows enough to get the wings clipped and feed him on a daily basis. The current owner works full time and is just about to return to school so moving Ginsberg soon is imperative. Bird is in a San Francisco location.
