Can anybody suggest the best places for her to post / methods for her to find the owner of this bird? She wants to find the owner, but if she can't she will surrender to Mickaboo. The bird was found near 39th & Ortega in SF.
Got a 2nd message from Jean later on today that she now has a cage, so no need to get one to her.
