There is a budgie in Danville that needs a foster home immediately. He was rescued from someone that was going to throw him away because he has (what we think are) face mites. We need a volunteer to foster this little guy, and a volunteer to transport him to his foster home from either Danville or from the surrenderer's job in Pleasanton.
