We have a GCC named Louie now in the system.  He will be initially fostered by the surrenderer - who adopted him from us in 2004.  Part of the reason he's being surrendered is he is nippy, and part of that is because he's currently getting little-to-no outtime.  So I'd really like to get him moved to a home that can give him more time and attention than he's getting, which hopefully will get him back into a more social mindset.
