All,

 

There's a budgie at the Yolo County shelter that Susan Mini and Francie would like to rescue.  The shelter has not been completely cooperative in the past, but they're willing for us to take this budgie -- so we might have a chance of working with them in the future, too.

 

Because Francie wants to facilitate future relations, she's prepared to foster the budgie.

 

For the greater Sacramento area folks -- can anyone make this budgie run to the Yolo shelter?  And perhaps transport the budgie to a spot a little closer to Francie?
