A Greenwing Macaw with a broken wing is being surrendered and needs to be transported from San Francisco to Medical Center for the Birds in Oakley this afternoon or tomorrow morning at the latest.&nbsp;&nbsp; The present owner is leaving on a business trip about noon tomorrow but will be able to meet someone prior to that time.
