"I received a message from Eric today about a 32 year old Blue and Gold Macaw female named "George" who was surrendered at SFACC. This bird was living in a dark garage with a very dirty cage, eating only seed, and not taken out on a regular basis. Eric said George is not very handable and when he tried to get George out of his cage, she was displaying and striking at him. Eric asked if we may be able to take George in."
