[Mickaboo Action] URGENT 2ND REQUEST: Sick budgie needs rescuing

This needs to happen quickly -- is there anyone that has a quarantine space that can take him? Also -- can anyone in the East Bay pick him up and help transport? We need a volunteer to foster this little guy, and a volunteer to transport him to his foster home from either Danville or from the surrenderer's job in Pleasanton.
