If no one else can go, our schedule is pretty open ... but it is quite a distance and we don't know our way around San Jose... The kids and I can do it if there isn't someone else closer, assuming you don't suspect any safety issues.

Can we wait a little while to see if anyone closer can make it? How long will he be there?

Hi there-- Francie just called. Someone has found a macaw at a recycling facility in San Jose off Berrysea (sp!).

The man who has the bird is Larry Peace (sp? again....) He has put the bird in a cardboard box. His cell phone number is 408-482-6366.

Can someone get this bird? I have a call in to Claudia, but had to leave a message.

I'll call Larry right now and tell him we're on the case!!
