Thanks to everyone who was trying to help. Special thanks to Sherry Helms who will make the transport happen and to Tom McMasters-Stone, who is even now racing to West Sacramento to move Horatio so Kelly Sinn, the foster mom, can disinfect Horatio's cage for the new macaw Max. And Horatio is going back to live forever with Tom and his family - no longer a foster bird but a regular member of the flock. Good things keep happening in Mickaboo.
