I cannot believe I've had no takers for Cecil and Rowan, two tame boy budgies with an unbelievably cute picture on the website.<br><br>Thanks to some very fancy tapdancing by Patty Blau and the surrenderer, we have accomplished their transfer to Mickaboo -- they're now temporarily with Patty Blau, in somewhat tight quarters in San Rafael.&nbsp; The plan was for them to move to SF this weekend, to be fostered by Ursula Heise.&nbsp; Ursula was having her floors done and (as happens on occasion) the work didn't get done on time, and probably won't be done until Tuesday.&nbsp; She can fit them in, but she doesn't have separate quarantine space.<br><br>I am asking for two things:&nbsp; if any of you know of someone that was interested in adopting tame budgies, this is a good time to mention it.&nbsp; Second, is there someone that could/would foster these really wonderful budgies that has quarantine space available now?&nbsp; As a final alternative, could anyone bring them to me
