If it helps, I can talk to them about raising a baby with a large bird(s) in the house. Mine are nippy towards the baby, so I've had to work on the baby more than the birds and I have few tips.

Hi! I have been communicating with a family who has a Hans Macaw and a brand new baby. They do not believe they have done a good job with the little macaw, because he is nippy, and appears not to have any boundaries. Initially they wanted to surrender to Mickaboo but now are willing to work with the bird because they love him desperately (and of course their baby too). They are in the Marysville,Roseville,Sacto area. Can anyone recommmend a qualified bird behaviorist, who will not charge them an arm and a leg? Thanks.
