With a 650 area code, she's not in San Francisco.  That's a peninsula area code - so San Mateo county.

Subject: Help, large parrot in tree near my house
To: mail@mickaboo.org

Hi Tammy,
Trying to contact you for help.  There is a huge parrot (has red feathers on face and tail) in a tree two doors down from my house.  He is squawking and obviously upset.  We have a lot of red-tailed hawks in the area, and I'm concerned for his safety.  Any advice?   I tried calling the Peninsula Humane Society, but they said they couldn't do anything.

My home is 650-359-8040

Thanks,
Lori Jones-Herold
