[Mickaboo Action] fluffed cockatiel at Silicon Valley Humane Society

Got a call from "Jeri" at Silicon Valley Humane Society. They have a cockatiel that looked OK earlier but is now fluffed up, Jeri feels that something is "off". We probably need to call first thing in the morning.
