I am going to foster to adopt Mildred, the 23 year old tiel, as a companion for Binky- also 23.&nbsp; I live in Alta/Blue Canyon (an hr north of Sacramento)&nbsp; If you are going even part way I could meet you.&nbsp; If Mildred could get to Sacto area that would be even better.
