[Mickaboo Action] Escalating costs

Since I didn't get any response to my pathetic appeal, I'm trying a financial one. We have three budgies at two vet hospitals that are running up our medical bills. Two of them are ready to go into a foster home right now. They need to be in quarantine -- and it has to be separate quarantine; we cannot put them together. I cannot take any more fosters right now because I'm taking the (third) special needs budgie as soon as he can come out of the hospital, and Lark, the special needs cockatiel. Do any of you have a little capacity -- both physical and emotional -- for a budgie in your life?
