I just talked with Lori and gave her my phone number.  She is only a couple miles away from me and if they hear or see it again she will call me.  She is giving my name and number to her neighbors as well.  No one seems to have heard anything since morning.

But, I haven't heard the bird for hours.  Funny enough, I was at the dentist today and the dental assistant lives down the hill from me.  She said she heard it last night around 6pm-ish. 
 
Any suggestions on what I should I do if I see/hear it again?  Of course I'm worried with this storm coming, and lots of hawks in the area.  Thanks!

Hi Tammy,
Trying to contact you for help.  There is a huge parrot (has red feathers on face and tail) in a tree two doors down from my house.  He is squawking and obviously upset.  We have a lot of red-tailed hawks in the area, and I'm concerned for his safety.  Any advice?   I tried calling the Peninsula Humane Society, but they said they couldn't do anything.
