Update: Tweety has a bad history with teenaged boys and is not happy in a household where boys will be trying to interact with him. An ideal home would be one with no younger men (or no men at all) and someone who is experienced with conures. Tweety really blossoms with time and patience!
My name is Tweety and I'm a Jenday Conure. I don't remember much about my first home except I was abused by a young man, so I'm not fond of men now. My second home was wonderful though. The woman I lived with doted on me. I had healthy food, regular vet visits, a wonderful cage and toys and ... well, all good things come to an end. She got too sick to care for me and so I came into Mickaboo's care.
I love to play (as you can see from the bottom picture where I'm hanging upside down!), and I love to take baths, to talk, and to snuggle on shoulders. Do I sound like someone that you might love to dote on? Because, really, I'm used to the good life now and would like to continue living that way.
